We can assist with many different forms of gifting, no matter the reasoning, such as :

Outside companies (TCI, BVI, or any other company) to JAFZA (conditions apply).
Deaths and probate with or without will.
Process and Paper Work
Whichever process is required, the process and paperwork are similar.
We can assist you with all of this from A to Z including the following steps:
- Assessment of the client documents to understand which papers need to be provided
- Arranging Power of Attorney to be attested by a public notary in Dubai for all parties (individual and/or companies)
- Arranging the evaluation of the unit/s
- Arranging attestation + legal translation of the necessary documents (marriage certificate, birth certificate, MOA, AOA, and other documents coming out of UAE)
- In the case of probate and death, submitting all paperwork to Dubai Courts
- Application to Dubai Courts for the succession certificate
- Opening files at Dubai court for inheritance
- Opening files for the issuance of the letter from the court to change the title deed
- Following up with Dubai Courts and typing centers during the whole process
- Application on behalf of the client (if Power of Attorney is in place) of the NOC at the owner association management (if applicable for the unit to be gifted)
- Application on behalf of the client (if Power of Attorney is in place) of the NOC at Dubai Land Department
- Following up on different documents requests (certificate of Incumbency, certificate of good standing, NOC) for corporate services (applicable only for UAE companies. For outside companies, only if the corporate services are based in the UAE).
- Application at the trustee office of the gifting process
- Receiving the original title deed once the gifting process is finished

Our fees can vary from 0.5% to 3% depending on the scope of the work, with a minimum of AED 10,000/-
